Tasting Note

McLaren Vale Grenache Rosé

This small batch Grenache Rosé was handpicked in the cool morning, off 50-80 year old vines, on a boutique family owned vineyard in McLaren Vale.

Carefully handcrafted from the old vine Grenache fruit, this wine exhibits a bouquet of cherry and strawberry; a creamy mouth feel, finishing with a continuing bright line of acid. Light bodied, with great length.

McLaren Vale Grenache

The grapes used for this Grenache are off the same vines as the Grenache Rosé. To produce the Grenache, the grapes were left on skins for 14 days and then a small portion was kept in French barrels for 12 months inducing a slight vanilla character.

This juicy Grenache is characterised by floral and cherry aromas with a delicate palate of garden berries concluding with a dainty finish.

Moscato

The grapes used for this Moscato are very large berries with slippery skins, packed with juice and flavour undeniably fragrant and unique.

Perfumed and absolutely bursting with lively aromatics, pink grapefruit, melon and passionfruit. Rounded candied mouthfeel balanced with a very light touch of invigorating spritz. Refreshing, fun and very drinkable.

South Australian Montelpuciano

Only two barrels were specially made as a limited run, kept in oak to give a touch of texture but released early to keep the fruit fresh and give vibrancy and fruit purity.

A radiant glossy purple shines in the glass. Cherry ripe, red liquorice and fresh raspberry fragrance with delectably light but persisting flavours.
